The point is: one box only is not enough. And perhaps neither for you! Because here's a truth I believe in: you are a beautifully versatile human. And to feel whole within, means to have a relationship with all those facets of who you are. The good, the bad, the ugly, the contradictions, the complexities, the raw, the real and the 'rebelicious'. 

The relationship with yourself builds that inner foundation that helps to establish relationships with others in a mature way. As a relationship expert I work with you on both. Through learning about your nervous system, for example. About your mind and how it may fool you sometimes, making you create your own stories. About the wisdom of your body and how it informs you every minute. About some unhelpful tendencies that may keep you trapped in a loop. And yes, even about your sexuality and how to reclaim it as a healthy part of your humanity that wants to be developed and explored. 

I've come to learn that Havening Techniques ® is a key tool in establishing that relationship with yourself and healing the 'broken' parts within. I have witnessed how this can transform so many things we struggle with in every-day life - from deep trauma to self-sabotage. I bring along my own versatility as a practitioner so that you can feel facilitated and supported in a way that fits you best.
